A Truly Nice Experience
clean room efficient service relaxing stay
The staff showed attention to detail. The front desk staff ensured my stay felt relaxing. Housekeeping, especially Sonali, provided a clean room. In-room dining offered efficient services.
My coffee at breakfast one morning was not good. The next day it was fine, however.

slow room service
The pool area seemed nice. It had enough space for lounging.
The room service was quite slow. I waited nearly an hour for a simple order of tea. it was frustrating, and it impacted my overall experience quite a bit.

the grounds are beautifully landscaped with greenery and large trees. the lake view provides a scenic backdrop. kashish summergiri ensured the room was well decorated for a special day. the effortless service enhanced the stay.

the grounds are lush and extensive gardens surround the hotel. beautiful flowers grow throughout the grounds peacocks roam freely. lokendra was our waiter and he explained how everything worked.
the wifi signal was occasionally unstable

well-equipped gym shaded section rainfall shower
The hotel had a well-equipped gym with several machines, i saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes were available. the pool area included about twenty loungers and had a shaded section. It seemed quite relaxing. my room, a beautiful double room garden view, featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, i found this very practical.
The wifi signal was occasionally weak. This made streaming videos a bit difficult.
